Mentorship Agreement

This Mentorship Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of (the "Effective Date"), by and between:

1. Scope of Mentorship

The Mentor agrees to provide guidance, advice, and support to the Farmer in their specified area of expertise. The Farmer agrees to be proactive, prepared for discussions, and committed to applying the guidance provided. This relationship is collaborative and built on mutual respect and a shared goal of improving the Farmer's agricultural enterprise.

2. Term

The term of this mentorship will be determined by the payment plan selected by the Farmer below. The relationship may be renewed upon mutual agreement by both parties.

3. Payment for Services

In consideration for the mentorship services provided, the Farmer agrees to pay the Mentor according to the payment plan selected in Section 6 of this agreement. All payments are to be facilitated through the SeedLink Mentor Connect platform.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared information, including but not limited to financial data, business strategies, and proprietary farming techniques, strictly confidential. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Mentor's advice is provided on a best-effort basis. The Farmer retains full responsibility for all decisions and outcomes related to their farm. SeedLink Mentor Connect and the Mentor shall not be held liable for any financial losses or damages incurred as a result of the mentorship.
